Darn being over reactive and emotional will cause damage to your body as bad as years of gluten and sugars.  

Breath deep into your lower abdomen expanding the deep muscles sending some love in and out through  your nose 

Having positive conversation with yourself known as positive affirmations telling yourself I got this I got this you can do it. To bring calmness to the nervous system  also do that to break a habit food is a habit.  Ask yourself . Does it have gluten does it have sugar how am I going to feel after I eat this?  Can I make a better choice?  Some of us love ice cream, donuts, cookies and cakes:  pastas, potatoes and all that good yummy stuff but it’s very well known and documented that it’s a cause for cancer, inflammation, auto immune difficulties  our bodies need living cells not overloads of sugar and gluten.  I most definitely have an addiction, I work on it every day. Addictions are hard to break, give yourself 21 days but every day  give yourself credit for the effort you put into it you can do it, all you Gotta do is put your heart into it.   Mind Training for coping with Changes … breathing to calm those nerves.

Breathing Belly breaths in and out the nose is  natural way to calm nerves instead of taking Xanax  also no more pain pills because I don’t have all that CRAP taking up my space.  Changed the way I eat and getting off medications and loving my life.  Being thankful and grateful and having positive thoughts sharing with others that come into my life how to help their self.
